How to Prevent External Clients from Accessing a Service ?

Has your guest checked out of your property? You can limit their access to certain services within your application.

Restricting Access to a Service for External Clients

Thanks to the Wi-Fi, you can restrict access to specific tiles for external clients. This means guests will need to be connected to the hotel’s network to view these tiles. If not, a message will inform them that they must connect to the Wi-Fi.

To restrict access, go to the “Web App – Homepage Configuration” tab in your back office and select the tile for which you want to limit access.

Then, check the “Wifi protected” box and click “Save.”
