When the customer places an order, a notification appears on their homepage indicating the status of their order. You can then modify the default message that appears.
"When you change the order status, the notification changes. For more information on changing the order status, please refer to our article: 'How to Change Customer Order Status.' It is possible to modify the text of the notification."
The customer can click on these notifications to view the message. We have
programmed three different messages when the customer places an order.
To modify the default messages, log in to the Bowo hotel back office and follow these steps:
1. Go to the 'Config App' tab and then to 'Pages.'
2. Choose the shop page you want to modify.
3. Click on 'Edit.'
4. Scroll down to "Wording messages" and modify the texts in the fields labeled 'Pending message,' 'Success message,' and 'Canceled message.'
As a reminder, the English translation is automatic. Remove the English each time you make a new modification to ensure correct translation.
