Allow customers to write a comment when placing an order

Would you like your customers to be able to write a personalized message when placing an order? It’s possible!

As shown in this example, before validating their cart, the customer can write a message to your operational teams to add additional information to their order.

To enable comments, log in to the Bowo back office and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Web App tab, then Editable pages.

  2. Select the sales outlet you want to modify.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Go to the Required guest information to order section and check the box Allow Comments in the Cart Modal.
