How to create a notification?

The "pop-up" notification is most commonly used as a support for your marketing actions (highlighting one of your services...), sharing news or broadcasting important information such as the wifi of your establishment.

To create a notification, go to the « Config App » tab and then « Notifications » in your back office, then click on « Add a notification ».

You are now on the notification editing page. Here, you can add the title, subtitle, icon, and content by adding text or photos. If you need more information on creating content, refer to the "How the content editor works" article in the Help Center.

⚠️ The English translation is automatic. Remove the English at each new modification so that the translation is done correctly.

You can also choose the color of the title and subtitle, or check the "Show as popup" box so that the notification appears directly to the customer in the form of a window as soon as they enter the application.

Then add the visibility period of the notification, either for a defined period (Period), or by scheduling the notification on a regular day and time (Planning).

Attention, don't forget to save your modification at the bottom of the page.

Deleting a notification can be useful if you decide to remove it before it ends on the scheduled date. You can delete or duplicate a notification by going back to the notification tab.

When you return to notifications, the notification will display a "finished" status. The notification no longer appears on your webapp!
