How to configure the redirection of a tile to a page, a URL link, or a feature?

On your homepage, you have tiles associated with each category. You can redirect these tiles to a page, a URL link, or a feature.

For this, you need to log in to the Bowo hotel back office, then click on the "Config App" tab, and then on "Home" (highlighted here in red).

Redirection to a Page

You can redirect your tile to an existing page in your back office.

1. Click on the edit pencil (highlighted here in red).

2. A popup on the left will appear, scroll down and stop at the "Redirection" section.

3. In the "Redirection Type," select "Page."

4. In the "Target" section, choose the page you want to redirect your tile to from the dropdown list.

Remember to "Save" at the bottom of the popup to apply your redirection.

Redirection to a URL

You can redirect your tile to a URL link. This could be the link to a social network, a website, etc.

1. Click on the edit pencil (highlighted here in red).

2. A popup on the left will appear, scroll down and stop at the "Redirection" section.

3. In the "Redirection Type," select "URL."

4. In the "Target" section, insert the URL link to which you want to redirect your tile.

Remember to "Save" at the bottom of the popup to apply your redirection.

Redirection to a Feature

You can redirect your tile to various features such as chat, concierge, taxi service, etc. If you wish to integrate a new feature, please contact support at support@hello-bowo.com.
