How to check the status of tablets?

Checking the status of tablets in the back office allows you to know their battery level and verify if they are connected to the wifi.

In your back office, go to the "Operations" tab and then "Tablets".

You have the option to view:

• If the tablet is connected to the hotel's wifi
• Its battery percentage
• Its last update
• The name and surname of the guest in the room or if the room is free

The green, orange, and red colors indicate the urgency of the situation.

For example, if the battery level is red (3%), check if the tablet is properly charging on the dock and if the dock or pin is working correctly.
