How to add tags to products on a shop page?

Products are the items that you implement on your Shop Page. To facilitate your customers' searches, you can associate tags with them that will serve as filters.

What is a tag?

You have the possibility to add tags to the products on your shop page. In the example below, when the customer clicks on the "without fish" tag, only the products without fish will be displayed.

Please note that you should not create tags with allergens, as we have pictograms for that. For more information on this topic, please refer to the end of our article "How to add/modify a product on my shop page?"

Configure the tags

To configure the tags, log in to the Bowo hotel back-office and follow these steps:

1. Go to the  « Config App » tab, then to « Home »
2. Choose the shop page you want to modify
3. Click on « Menus »
4. Click on « Edit » in the main menu
5. Scroll down to « Tags » and enter the title of your tags

⚠️ Please note, do not forget to save your modification at the bottom of the page.

Now, for each product, you need to assign the appropriate tag. To do this:

1. Go to the « Config App » tab, then to « Pages »
2. Choose the shop page you want to modify
3. Click on   « Menus »
4. Click on « Products »and find the list of all your products
5. Then click on « Edit » on your product

You can then assign the tags you previously created.
