How to add a comment to the order basket?

When your customer orders an item, you can provide them with additional instructions before they confirm their order.

In the window to validate their basket, you have the option to write a comment or insert an image below the comment, as shown in the example.

To do this, you need to log in to the Bowo hotel back office and follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the "Config App" tab, then select "Pages."
  2. Choose the "boutique page" you want to modify.

  4. Click on "Edit" in the main menu.

    As a reminder, the translation into English is automatic. Remove the English text with each new modification to ensure accurate translation.
