Allowing Guests to Write a Comment When Booking

Would you like your guest to be able to write a personalized message during the booking process? It's possible!

As shown in this example, before validating their cart, the guest has the option to write a message to your operational team.

To enable comments, log in to the Bowo back office and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Web App" tab, then click on "Editable pages".

  2. Select the booking page you want to modify.

  3. Click "Edit".

  4. Check the box “Allow comments” in the "Required guest information to order" section.
