Your sales outlet settings

On your sales outlet, you have several settings to configure.

To set up these parameters, log in to the Bowo hotel back office and follow these steps:

1. Go to the "Web app" tab and then to "Editable Pages."

2. Choose the sales outlet you want to modify.

3. Click on "Menu."

4. Click on "Edit" in the main menu.

Delay before ordering in minutes

On your sales outlet, you have the option to specify a preparation time so that the first hour offered to the customer is not the time at which the customer places the order.

For example, at 10 AM, the first hour offered by the web app will be 10:30 AM if the specified preparation time is 30 minutes.

Limit how early you can order in minutes

You have the option to limit the time slots for your reservations. If you don't want your customers to be able to book in advance more than 2 hours, that's possible!

For example: if you set 120 minutes and it's 12:00 PM, the customer can choose a delivery time between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

Intervale between 2 solts

You can configure the time interval between each time slot. For example, time slots every 15 minutes.

Max orders per slots

It is possible to configure a maximum number of orders per time slot. For example, if you only offer three breakfasts for the 7:15 am slot, the time slot will not be available for the 4th person.

If you have an unlimited number of orders per time slot, please enter -1 in the box.
