How do I replace an existing PDF?

PDF pages allow you to display documents in the Web App (menus, brochures, transfers, room directories, etc.). You can create a PDF page or replace an existing PDF.

To replace an existing PDF (update)
  • In "Editable pages", filter by PDF.
  • Open the relevant page → Edit

  1. Remove the existing file from the Content tab using the × icon.

  2. Upload the new PDF.

  3. Save your changes.

 ⚠️ If the French and English PDF files are different, click the "Do not translate" button when saving.
