Your Bowo account has been updated with a new design, bringing various changes and improvements to help you navigate more easily. Explore this update and what it means for you in this article.
Menu
The first thing you probably noticed a few weeks ago is the new left-hand menu. Redesigned, it allows you to quickly access our main features. By clicking on an option, you'll access additional functionalities.
Not sure where to find the specific functionality? No problem! To help you get accustomed to the new layout, we've compiled a list of features under each tab of the menu.
Note: Your user role or current plan may not grant you access to all these options.
Tab | Content |
Dashboard | Visit and sales statistics, etc. |
Config App | App home, pages, notifications |
Operations | Orders, reservations, queries, and incidents, tablets, rooms |
Guests | Clients (before, during, after the stay) |
Emailing | Segments, campaigns, workflow, templates |
Messaging | Inbox, Chat App, Chanel, Widgets |
Pages
When you access your "Pages" (from "Config App" in the menu on the left of the back office), there are no changes: the list of pages is available, as well as the existing page types (content, pop-up, PDF...), and the "Add a Page" button.
It's when you create a new page or want to edit an existing one that the changes become apparent. Clearer and more intuitive, this new version allows you to target the elements to create/update with greater ease.
1. Header Content
This is where you can customize the page title, subtitle, use (or not) an icon, and the description. For each element, you can personalize the colors.
2. Header Image
At this stage, you can choose the image that will illustrate your page.
3. Header Customization
Want to hide the title or the header image?
This is where you need to check the corresponding box(es).
4. Content/Modal
This final step allows you to modify the content, giving you access to the same options (text, image, button, table, etc.).
⚠️ You must "Confirm" the changes for each step and choose (or not) to proceed with automatic translation:
By clicking on "French" and then "Translate" (as shown in the example above), the content will be translated into other languages, starting from French.
⚠️ Saving your changes will only take effect by clicking the "Save" button at the top right of the screen. It is crucial to remember to click "Confirm" for each editing step and then "Save" to ensure that the changes are properly applied and translations are done.
